We can even assemble a top tier team of teachers and support staff. And none of that matters without our parents and students. The Academy is modeled after traditional education institutions. We don’t have a marketing team or any marketing for that matter beyond a simple brochure on our reception desk. We certainly don’t have a sales team. We have the trust and loyalty of our families and our reputation that we work hard to earn every single day. Simply put, without our families there would not be an Academy.
