However, if there is a course that is in the course catalog but not schedules for upcoming terms please be sure to write it down on the last page of this form. If there is enough interest for a particular course it may be added to the course schedule. If you are registering more than one child you will need to fill out a registration form for each one separately or you can register by email, phone, or in person.
